Engagement photography is hands down, one of my favourite types of sessions. I try my very best to keep them relaxed and not a huge, long ordeal. The best time to shoot is in the golden light of day, which is typically the last few hours of sunset. So be prepared to go a bit later to catch that sweet sun!
